Although the Audi, last years winner, and Peugeot diesels are expected to win this years Le Mans 24 the Lola Aston was faster than the 3rd Audi in practice. Could all six fail? - unlikely.
The successful Prodrive team that runs the GT1 catagory winning DB9R's have helped Charouz with his sole Lola Aston.
But being English I have been there too many times hoping a lone Aston (or Englands excuse for football team) would succeed and win the big one.
May be when Prodrive do a LM1 car the Brits will win but this year again we will be lucky if we have the joy of a GT1 win.
